Can I install the graphics myself?
Yes, most of our products are easy enough for a novice to install. Please
follow the installation guide and installation tips for a smooth installation. |
Will the graphics damage the paint or glass of my vehicle?
No, the vinyl material not harm these surfaces. It will actually protect
them and act as a shield to the sun, UV rays, dust, etc. |
Do you offer custom graphics/services?
Yes we do. We offer a wide range of services, from graphics design to custom
graphics and fabrication. |
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Yes. We only accept PayPal payments on overseas orders. Please contact us before ordering. |
Do you charge tax?
You only have to pay tax if your a resident of California. |

Why hasnt my email inquiry/question hasn't been answered?
We will answer all your questions and concers in a timely manner. The average
response time from us is within 2 business days or sooner. Please make sure
your reply email is working and accurate. |
Are the cars real in the body graphics section?
No, they are die cast model replicas. We are not here to trick you. We use this process to better illustrate what the consumer is getting. We think its a much better way to sell our products compared to a boring 2D drawing. |
What is your return/exchange policy?
Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns unless the
product is defective. Our quality control department makes sure that each
product is in good condition before shipment. Please review our Terms and
Conditions page. |
What is the status of my order?
Due to our modernized backbone and order fullfillment system, you can check
the status of your order anytime anywhere 24/7, from our our website. Click
on "Order Status" and fill-in your order id and your email address.

When will my order arrive?
Usually all orders ship out within 3-5 business days. For speacialty material
or non stock colors, please allow 5-10 business days. |
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Money Orders and PayPal. Within PayPal, we accept
Visa,Mastercard, Discover, and American Express and personal/business bank
accounts. All of these options are provided for you once you have selected
your desired decals to purchase. For International orders, we only accept PayPal payments via sales@instylegraphics.com. Please contact us for any questions regarding international orders. |
Why does my credit card billing address have to match my shipping
address?
All credit card transactions are verified with the card issuer for the proper
user and address. To protect us and our customers from credit card fraud
the shipments can only be made to the verified billing adresss.We apologize
if this is an inconveniece to some of you. |
Do you take phone, mail, or fax orders?
We are an Internet based e-Commerce company that operates entirely on the
internet. We do not take phone orders nor do we have a customer hotline. Doing business completely online helps keep our costs down so that we
can pass the savings on to you, our customer. If you still need
to contact us, e-mail us for quickest response and we'll either contact you by email or by phone. We do have exceptions to this rule under special cases or special circumstances. Customer satisfaction is
guaranteed and never sacrificed at InStyle Graphics. |
Where can these decals be applied?
All our vinyl decals and graphics can be applied to any smooth, non-porous
surface. Please make sure the surface is clean and oil free. Surface quality
is a major factor in the longability and durability of vinyl. |
What are the decals made from and how long will they last?
All our graphic products are made from high quality and high gloss vinyl
material with with deeper, richer and cleaner colors. They are rated either
from 5 to 9 years of long-term outdoor durability depending on usage (chrome/gold mirror rated 2yrs), and
with thickness from 2mil to 2.8mil. They are made with a permanent solvent
base arylic adhesive which creates greater adhesive capabilities, excellent
stability and weeding characteristics. These materials are of optimum quality
and have excellent workability and removal properties. All our vinyl graphics
can be applied to any smooth, non-porous surface. |
How do I install the decals?
Please look over the tech info section for instructions. |
How do I remove the decals?
Vinyl graphics and decals can be easily removed. Simply heat the decal with
a heat gun, or hairdryer or even heat lamps until warm. Then using your
fingernail, lift the edge of the decal and work across the surface of the
decal. Please be careful not to overheat the decal. Overheating will result
in more difficult removal. Once the vinyl is removed, use adhesive removers
to remove any glue residue. |
Will the decals come off after installation?
Once installed please allow to dry for at least a day of fair weather before
any stress is put on them, such as car wash, waxing, driving over 80mph
on the freeway, etc. Other than that, they are on until you want them to
come off. |
Do you offer group buys or club discounts?

Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes we do. Discounts and wholesale pricing will be handled on a case by
case basis. You may contact us about your proposal. |
Do you offer sponsorship?
Currently we prefer to sponsor show cars or industry sponsored cars. However,
you may contact us by email about your proposal. From time to time a lucky
customer will be ask to be our featured car. He/she will received discounts
on future orders or be given monetary reimbursement for most of the cost
of the graphics-kit. |
